Our use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
We share data only as needed to operate ApplyGen: with infrastructure and AI providers that process requests on our behalf under contract, with payment processors for purchases, and with Google when you use Google sign-in or Docs/Drive features. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect rights and safety.
We keep your account and content for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. You may delete content or request account deletion where the product supports it; some records may be retained for a limited period for security, backups, or legal obligations.
We use industry-standard safeguards (such as encryption in transit and access controls). No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; we work to protect your data proportionate to the risk.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export personal data, or to object to or limit certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us using the email below. You can also revoke extension permissions or disconnect Google from your account in product settings where available.
ApplyGen is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
If you use ApplyGen from outside the country where our servers or vendors operate, your information may be transferred and processed there. We take steps to ensure appropriate safeguards where required.
We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the new date at the top. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated policy.
